    About Honduras Coffee:

The transformation is incredible; what was once bulk blending coffee is now some of the most sought-after specialty microlots in the world. Honduran coffees are remarkably diverse because of the varied geography, but they generally offer a lush, creamy body with tropical fruit undertones. Many farmers are shifting toward organic practices, taking advantage of the lush, humid mountains. If you like a coffee that is sweet, approachable, but has a playful fruity twist—think apricot or melon—Honduras is a fantastic choice.
